Pika's Peak ("the app") is a single-player arcade game published by Pikas Adventure ("we", "us"). This page contains both our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
The app shows occasional full-screen ads through Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK). To serve ads and prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares certain information, including device or other identifiers and app activity (such as ad interactions). This happens over the network when an ad is requested.
Because the app is intended for a general audience including children, all ad requests are configured to be:

Your game progress (best heights, Peak Points, unlocked characters, achievements, and sound preference) is stored only on your device, in the app's private storage. It never leaves your device, except as part of your device's standard Android backup if you have that enabled. Uninstalling the app (or clearing its data in Android settings) deletes this data.
The app is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Ads are configured as child-directed and non-personalized, with a maximum "G" content rating, in line with Google Play's Families Policy and COPPA.
If a future update changes any of the above, this policy will be updated and the change noted in the app's Play Store listing.

These terms govern your use of the app. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app is free to download and play. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

The app contains no in-app purchases and no real-money transactions. All characters and content are unlocked through gameplay. "Peak Points" and other in-game values have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or goods.
Your progress is stored only on your device. We do not provide accounts, cloud saves, or recovery of lost progress. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes your progress permanently.
The app and all of its content — including artwork, characters, audio, and code — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
The app is suitable for all ages and intended for families. We encourage parents and guardians to supervise their children's use of the app and any device on which it is installed.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, noted in the app's Play Store listing. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
We may suspend or end the availability of the app, or any feature, at any time. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
